I had my first long week at Nike getting things set up for some new vendors and changing some stores configurations. But there is no complaining here because I was able to leave at 1PM on Friday! With the afternoon all to myself, I went shopping! Then when Bryce got home, we went out to dinner at Nicholas, a Middle Eastern restaurant. It was good especially the HUGE, fresh from the oven pita bread and strawberry yogurt smoothie.
Saturday, after sleeping in until 8AM, I went for a run to enjoy the nice weather and get my blood pumping. Then we also went berry picking. One of the best summertime activities Oregon has to offer!
Strawberries and raspberries were ripe for the picking and we loaded up. Bryce had to hold me back from picking too many, but I love berries so much especially when they are right off the vine and so delicious.
When we got home, we went to the pool so we could continue to enjoy the sun! Then that evening we went to our friend's wedding reception.
