This Is My Day Job

I have been working at Nike for almost six months now and it is pretty awesome. I have successfully increased my Nike wardrobe attire to include 4 pairs of shoes, 6 pairs of shorts, 10 shirts, 4 jackets, 2 pair of pants, and 3 pairs of socks. Bryce has also benefited from it too! And it is either half off or more so I can't help myself.

Anyways, summer at Nike is fantastic! We get to do "summer hours", which usually means I leave around noon on Friday. Sweet. Nike also has parties with free food, games, and prizes. These are usually on Thursdays, but this week we had one on Tuesday and one on Thursday. It was for basketball so LeBron James came Tuesday!

He rode in on a bike and I worked my way up to be about 20 feet away. He was smiley and friendly, but I wasn't able to get a picture of him actually smiling. Also, his favorite candy bar is a snickers.

The highest form of flattery is being made into a sand sculpture. Don't you think?

I also ate lots of shrimp with mango pineapple salsa and smoothies. It was a good day.

Then on Thursday, Kevin Durant came to campus. They had food and games again! I decided on the funnel cake because the snow cone line was too long.

Besides being really muggy, it was fun to see KD. He is so likable! They also had a dunk contest that was cool, but KD was only a judge. Anyways, Nike sure knows how to party and I like it!
