This week was extra fun with holidays since we also got to celebrate St. Patty's Day, which happens to be one of my favorite holidays! Who doesn't love to eat corned beef and cabbage? We actually ended up eating it Saturday night with some family friends who invited us over for dinner so I didn't make the corned beef and cabbage Sunday. However, that left me rather uninspired for Sunday. I eventually decided the leftover pesto pasta and green rice krispie treats would have to do!
Also, I decided that next year there will be rainbows and lucky charms incorporated into this wonderful day!
