After being so stressed and working so many hours for more than six months, I decided it was time to start looking for another job. I had talked to my manager about the hours and stress, but he would say "next month will be better" or "the numbers add up so maybe this isn't a good fit". Finally, it came to the point when I said enough is enough. It was before I had secured a new job.

It was a little bittersweet leaving because I had so many friends and
found the work enjoyable. Plus, the job had brought me to Oregon where I met Bryce! However, the company management had some real issues and there was such a lack of career growth opportunity.
The last two weeks were some of the most enjoyable probably in the last year. The great feeling of that's not my problem anymore was blissful! And I think everyone saw a much more happy Brittany, especially Bryce!
