4 Year Anniversary

**Let's just pretend that this isn't my first post in over six months**

On Thursday, Bryce and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary! It was rather low key compared to other years because I was just getting over a stomach bug and Rhys was in the middle of sleep training. Despite some setbacks that day, Rhys and I managed to get out of the house and find the perfect gift for Bryce (the fourth anniversary gift is silk so I wanted to get Bryce a purple polka dotted tie). We went to the store and after looking around, we found the perfect tie on the clearance rack! It was meant to be. When Bryce got home from work, we rushed out to our favorite teriyaki place, Mashita Teriyaki. We ate for about 10 minutes before we got to-go boxes and headed home so we could get Rhys to bed.
After Rhys fall asleep, we exchanged cards and I gave Bryce the tie. He loved it!

Then Saturday we decided to have a little more fun and go out to eat downtown. I have been wanting to go to Pine Street Market and this seemed like the perfect opportunity. There were a lot of food options and we decided on lamb pitas from Shalom Y'all, an Isreali street food place and ice cream from Wiz Bang Bar.
The lamb pita was phenomenal. The pita was so fresh, the lamb was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the tomatoes tasted like garden tomatoes. I want one right now just thinking about it! Rhys loved trying the pickle!
The ice cream didn't disappoint either! Wiz Bang does soft serve ice cream so Bryce and I both got the strawberry coconut ice cream because it was amazing. Then I got the black raspberry dip and Bryce got the chocolate dip. It was tasty!! Next time though I want to get something that involves their homemade oreos or cookie dough. They both looked so yummy.
Happy anniversary to us! Each year seems to get more exciting and fun.
