All You Need is....

Asian food, donuts, and movies. Maybe it is the looming winter lull, but the last few weeks have been about the same.
My Valentine Roses aging so well!

For the last weekend in February, we kept things pretty chill. Friday night the weather was nice so we went downtown and got Little Big Burger and frozen yogurt. Then we watched Ender's Game (the book is better). Then Saturday Bryce had school stuff so I worked out and clean. That evening we celebrated Adam's birthday by going to a new restaurant called Jade. Bryce loved his fried catfish, but everyone else was less impressed. We then got Voodoo doughnuts and played Mario with Natalie and Paul. Sunday was filled with church, naps, and relaxing.

The next weekend was a little more busy. Friday felt like 3 days in one. I went to work all day, then Bryce and I went out for a BBQ dinner and went shopping and watched Austenland (great music), then I went to my friend's for a girls night. I ended up staying up until 2AM chatting and watching While You Were Sleeping. It was fun, but that was late! I definitely slept in Saturday. Bryce left for campus and I finally got up. I  got motivated to do some major spring cleaning. It worked out well that Bryce got invited to go to a Timbers game so I had more time to get things done. Then I met Bryce and Adam downtown at Luc Lac for dinner. We waited awhile, but the food was worth it. While eating, there was a bad accident right in front of the restaurant, which ended up trapping my car because of all the fire trucks and cop cars. We decided to walk down to Voodoo for some doughnuts while we waited for the accident to get cleaned up. Then Sunday was filled with church, naps, and relaxing.

When Friday rolled around the following week, we started the evening with dinner from Dang's - they have the best Pad Thai - and a movie. Saturday Bryce had to do more studying and I cleaned, but we decided to mix things up that evening for our activity. We went out to dinner at Montage and then got Voodoo doughnuts - that's right doughnuts for three weekends in row!
We branched out from our usual bacon maple bar or voodoo man and got Mango Tango! We then came home and painted.
I had starting decorating for Easter so I was feeling inspired. I was so happy with how my cute bunny turned out!
So excited to finish decorating the mantel and for Springtime.
