Rockin' Around The Christmas Tree

There were so many Christmas parties this year. It was lots of fun and lots of food. It started with the Relief Society Cookie Exchange party. Everyone brought cookies to share. It was pretty impressive what people made and I went home with a wide assortment of yummy cookies and goodies. The next day, I had a Nike Retail Holiday party. We reviewed our Q2 performance and after had food. My favorite part was how classy the decorations were in the Winter Wonderland they created. 

Then we had the ward Christmas party. They had a little program before dinner, then we  had a Cafe Rio style dinner, and Santa came to visit the kids. Bryce got to wear his new penguin sweater that I found for him!

Then after the party, we went with our friends to The Grotto to see the Festival of Lights. They had lots of lights and musical performances. It was warmer than when we saw the zoo lights so we could enjoy everything a little bit longer. 

Next, I had a Christmas party with my contracting company. I didn't stay too long because I was trying to hurry and finish everything before I left for vacation. I did enjoy the gift - a blanket and umbrella! And Friday night, we went to a party with some friends in our ward. I think we were the youngest couple there, but it was fun getting to know people from our ward outside of a church setting.
