So November was here and over before we knew it, but we did manage to do some fun things! We had stake conference the first weekend in November and since the weather was still nice we walked to church. After the meeting, our friends' little girl, Lexie, wanted to walk home with us all by herself. She was so cute about it!
Our neighbors were also walking home from church and their little girl join us too! Of course, it was heartbreak city when our paths parted, but it makes me so happy that I have won the hearts of the children.
The next weekend our ward had a progressive dinner and it was fun to get to know more couples in the ward. The food was also fantastic so it worked out well!
Then November got a little more stressful when I found out I was switching teams at work. I am not always good about change, but I am hoping it all ends well. I also got a new desk in the corner space so I have tons of windows and a couch!
Bryce was very busy with school in November so our date nights were back to the basics! We tried a new place called The Observatory that had rave review on Urban Spoon. I got the Chicken Fried Chicken and Bryce got the daily special - fried oysters with cocktail sauce and cilantro rice. It was so delicious!
As Thanksgiving week got closer, we were feeling the need for a break, but it could not come quick enough! We went and saw Skyfall with two other couples in the ward. The cinematography was breathtaking and I usually do not notice those things, but it convinced me that Shanghai and Scotland are places I need to see.
That picture of you walking with the two little girls looks like a picture in a magazine.
